These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jack77 ("jack77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jack77.cam (the "Platform"). • "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward issued by jack77 to a Player, subject to applicable Bonus Terms.
• "Bonus Terms" means the specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and withdrawal conditions attached to any Bonus issued by jack77.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required under applicable regulatory and anti-money-laundering frameworks.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated tools and services available at https://jack77.cam.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any behaviour by a Player that violates these Terms, including fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and underage gambling.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on any game or event available through the Platform.
• "VIP Programme" means jack77's tiered loyalty programme, including Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP Diamond tiers, each with associated benefits.

To register and maintain an Account on jack77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or above at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of jack77 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
4. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
5. You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
6. You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or banned by jack77 for any reason related to a breach of these Terms.
7. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or programme, whether administered by jack77 or by any third-party responsible gambling authority.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on jack77. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jack77 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances upon discovery of duplicate account activity.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) at all times.
• Notify jack77 immediately if you have reason to believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Not share, transfer, or sell access to your Account to any other person.
• Update your Account information promptly if any details change.

jack77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials or from any unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your negligence.

jack77 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of local and international payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

By making a deposit, you warrant and represent that:

• The payment method used belongs to you and you are the authorised account holder.
• All funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You are not using the Platform as a mechanism for money laundering or any other financial crime.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit and are subject to change. jack77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, however third-party payment providers may apply their own charges for which jack77 accepts no responsibility.

Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate calculations at the time of processing. The MYR-equivalent value credited to your Account will reflect the conversion rate at the moment the transaction is confirmed, not the time the transaction was initiated.

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your Account Balance are subject to the following conditions:

• You have successfully completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of jack77's compliance team.
• There are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to any portion of your Balance.
• Your Account is in good standing and not subject to any investigation, suspension, or restriction.
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold for your chosen payment method.
• You are withdrawing to a payment method registered in your own name, consistent with your Account details.

jack77 aims to process and approve withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for standard requests during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, regulatory review, or where additional verification is required. In exceptional cases, processing may take up to five (5) business days.

jack77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the amount requested is significant or where transaction patterns indicate the need for enhanced due diligence.

jack77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the applicable Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players with verified Accounts in good standing.
• Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual Bonus Terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without fulfilment of wagering conditions.
• jack77 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice.
• A Player who is found to have abused the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of software errors — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account suspended or closed.
• Birthday bonuses are tied to the verified date of birth on your Account. Requests to alter date-of-birth information for the purpose of claiming a birthday bonus constitute fraud and will be treated accordingly.
• Referral bonuses are issued only where the referred Player registers using your unique referral code, completes KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit. Referral activity generated through automated means or fake registrations will be disqualified.

All games available on the jack77 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing any wager.

In the event of a discrepancy between the outcome displayed within the game interface and the records held on jack77's server, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. jack77's game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time results conducted by licensed dealing studios.

jack77 shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, device failures, or system errors on the Player's side. Where a technical fault on jack77's infrastructure has verifiably affected the outcome of a game, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at jack77's discretion.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the jack77 Platform:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account, either individually or in coordination with others.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering or any financial crime.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to generate winnings not intended by jack77.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jack77 staff, support agents, or other Players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without explicit legal authorisation.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from Platform content without express written permission from jack77 is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jack77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of winnings, data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising in connection with the Platform.
• Losses or damages resulting from interruption of service, system maintenance, technical faults, third-party payment gateway issues, or force majeure events.
• Any actions taken by jack77 in accordance with these Terms, including Account suspension, closure, or forfeiture of balances where these Terms have been violated.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jack77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

Either party may terminate a Player Account at any time. Players wishing to close their Account should contact jack77's support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements, compliance investigations, or withheld amounts.

jack77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a verified self-exclusion request or court order.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within a reasonable period, either party may elect to refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jack77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where there is a risk of irreparable harm to its intellectual property, confidential information, or legitimate business interests.
